About the Founder

Sitsofe Yaa Gawu

EuroAfric Therapy Tour was born from lived experience from a family that witnessed how structured, multidisciplinary medical therapy in Germany can restore hope and transform lives. Over the years, my mother received advanced metabolic treatment, my cousin came in 2023 for cancer therapy and continues to thrive, my son survived a severe life‑threatening illness through comprehensive oncology care, and in 2025 my uncle sought evaluation for Parkinson’s and metabolic conditions. These journeys revealed a truth many in West Africa still do not know: Germany offers integrative therapy pathways that can change outcomes when people have access to clear information and dignified guidance.
I am Solace Yaa Gawu, a nurse specialist trained in Germany, committed to bridging healthcare systems between Europe and Africa. My work is rooted in dignity, empathy, and the belief that knowledge saves lives. With experience in palliative care, oncology, pain management, intercultural health communication, patient advocacy, community health education, and migration‑related health system research, I have dedicated my career to strengthening health literacy and empowering communities. My outreach extends across Ghana, Germany, Nigeria, and Togo, teaching youths, training volunteers, and building community health awareness. I have led public‑health programs in Accra, Kumasi, Volta Region, Tamale, Cape Coast, Hohoe, and Takoradi, speaking in schools, churches, rural communities, women associations, youth conferences, and even the Parliament of Ghana. In Europe, I contribute to public‑health awareness, intercultural dialogue, and migration education across multiple countries. I teach through digital platforms, reaching thousands with practical knowledge on health literacy, irregular migration, and skills‑acquisition opportunities. I have spoken at congresses, symposiums, community forums , migration dialogue and community empowerment. Through Medi migrants Compass e.V., I voluntarily support individuals navigating medical pathways, hospital communication, intercultural health challenges, and community integration. My mission is humanitarian, voluntary, and rooted in dignity , to uplift people, improve understanding, and build a compassionate, informed bridge between Europe and Africa. EuroAfric Therapy Tour is our shared platform for awareness, empowerment, youth training, volunteer development, and cross‑cultural health education ,connecting continents through knowledge, humanity, and hope.

Our work has led to clear and measurable results across education, healthcare training, and therapy guidance. Students from West Africa whom we supported have successfully completed Master’s programs such as the MSc Global Urban Health at the University of Freiburg, and several are now pursuing PhD studies in Bonn, Essen, and Freiburg. Through our voluntary public healthcare‑education awareness, we have also guided Azubis (Students under Training in Nursing schools and Hospitals) and individuals in asylum into various healthcare branches in Germany, with nursing trainees currently completing their three‑year programs at Gesundheitszentrum Wetteraukreis, Theodora Kunitzky Akademie in Bad Nauheim, and other institutions. In therapy guidance, my own family , mother, cousin and uncle , received excellent cancer treatment, Parkinson therapy, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic‑disease care in reputable German hospitals. These achievements in education, professional training, and successful therapy journeys demonstrate why our guidance is trusted both at home and abroad.
